Chris Glass

Chris Glass is a cultural strategist, creative leader, and storyteller working at the intersection of art, hospitality, and community. As Global Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at Soho House, he shapes experiences that bring people together in meaningful and lasting ways, translating values into environments people can feel.

With a career spanning Europe, Africa, Asia, and North America, Chris has led global membership growth and cultural programming, building spaces that reflect the diversity and creativity of the communities they serve. His work focuses on how culture is expressed, experienced, and shared — and how access to those experiences can be expanded.

Beyond Soho House, Chris is an author, television host, Co-Founder of Retreating While Black and Editor-at-Large for House and Leisure Magazine.
