Kostas Kefalakis
Kostas Kefalakis has 20 years of experience in Lean, Agile and cultural transformation spanning 4 sectors, 4 continents, across R&D, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Sales.
He started his career in Toyota Europe HQ in Belgium in 2005 as a Project Manager driving projects across manufacturing, R&D and aftersales to improve initial quality & durability. In 2011 Kostas moved to Vistaprint in Switzerland as a Global Lean Manager driving Lean, Agile & Cultural transformation across Europe, China, Australia, USA and Canada.
In 2015 he moved to Hilti in Liechtenstein as a Senior Global Lean Manager implementing Agile in R&D and Lean across numerous manufacturing plants and logistics sites before taking the role of Head of Global Lean & Agile bringing a new culture of Lean & Agile across the organization in 2017. In 2021 Kostas joined Roche Hellas as Chief Transformation Officer responsible for driving the radical cultural transformation as well as digital transformation locally & beyond Greece.
In 2025 Kostas changed to Chief Customer Engagement Officer of Roche Hellas responsible for the end-to-end omnichannel engagement of healthcare professionals including the field force and in parallel leads the business in Cyprus.
Finally, Kostas has also been a guest lecturer in 5 renowned universities including ETH IMD, Lancaster university & ALBA Business School in Athens and has been part of podcasts as well as articles on the topic of cultural change & enterprise excellence.
