Marina Vergou is a senior executive with over 25 years of experience in Human Resources and corporate functions, with a strong track record in people strategy, organizational transformation, and executive governance. She has held leadership roles in the banking sector, the Société Générale Group, and as HR Director of Giannidis Group (VITEX, HERMES), overseeing HR operations across industrial sites and subsidiaries. Since 2010, she has been HR Director and a member of the Executive Committee at Groupama Asfalistiki, leading people strategy and organizational transformation.
