Thodoris Papagiannis

Thodoris Papagiannis started his career as a lawyer — then chose mountains over courtrooms, and never looked back.
General Manager and co-founder of Summit, he trained as a facilitator at Outward Bound (UK), is a certified Executive Coach from the Human Development Institute of London, and one of the founding members of the Hellenic Coaching Association (HCA). Since 1997, he has been a certified climbing instructor at the Hellenic Mountaineering & Climbing Federation.

With over 25 years of experience designing and implementing GrowPlay® development programs, he has worked with more than 80,000 corporate participants across Greece, Europe, and North Africa — for mid-size, large, and multinational companies.
True to his nature, Thodoris keeps his adrenaline levels high: skydiving, mountain biking, and mountaineering expeditions to the Himalayas, the Andes, the Alps, and Antarctica are all part of his story.

His favorite office? A mountain peak. His greatest achievement? The thousands of teams he has helped grow, connect, and perform — one experience at a time.
