Vicky Grigoriadou
Vicky is a great believer in positive change and human awakening. She studied social sciences (Master's degree in Health Psychology, Bachelor's in Psychology) and built her career around empowering individuals, teams and organizations fulfil their potential, primarily in the corporate world, where she progressed in business management roles of high responsibility.
Over 25 years, she has worked primarily in Global Market Research organizations, progressing from a Specialist role to the CEO position (Nielsen Market Research), followed by a Senior Business Consultant role (Kritikos Super Markets), and currently she enjoys Facilitator and Mentor roles (like Bodossaki Foundation Social Dynamo and 100mentors).
Vicky is a certified coach - she holds an accredited certification in professional coaching by the Leadership Psychology Institute. She is also trained by and an Affiliate member of the Association of Facilitators. And she holds a Positive Psychology Practitioner Certificate, and is a member of the International Positive Psychology Association.
She is passionate about bringing people closer together to achieve positive changes in the workplace, with focus on psychological safety, trust, inclusiveness, purpose, connection and empowerment. In January 2023, Vicky co-founded theHappyLab, a niche consulting firm whose purpose is to co-create thriving workplaces, by offering experiential growth interventions on an organizational, leadership, team, and individual level.
