Myrto holds a BSc in Economics and a Master’s in Accounting & Finance from the Athens University of Economics and Business. She began her career with Four Seasons in 2017, quickly discovering a passion for HR and team development. Until September 2025, Myrto led the Learning & Development department at FS Athens, and she now serves as People & Culture Manager, driving initiatives that foster employee growth, development, and a culture of continuous learning.
