Stavroula Lamprou

Stavroula is an HR Business Partner for Stores at Plaisio Computers, where she plays a key role in supporting people strategies within a dynamic retail environment. She graduated with distinction from the Department of Psychology at Panteion University and holds a Master’s degree with distinction in Neurosciences from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. She joined Plaisio in 2015, starting her career in sales before transitioning to the Human Resources department in 2019.

In her current role, she partners closely with store leadership teams to align HR strategies with business objectives, supporting performance, engagement, and operational effectiveness across the retail network. She contributes to key areas such as talent acquisition, employee development, workforce planning, and change management, while fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture. She also plays an active role in strengthening the employee experience and supporting initiatives that enhance the organization’s employer brand.
